These are my terms of service:
18+ Only – You may not request a commission if you are under the age of 18.
Refund Policy – Audio Commission fees are non-refundable.
Off Limit Topics – Underage characters, violence, torture, snuff, scat, gore/vore. I reserve the right to refuse any projects that I find too extreme or distasteful, at my own discretion.
Usage Restrictions – Under no circumstances may you use my voice for AI voice generation, synthetic voices, or machine learning. Commissions are custom audio files for a single project. You may not re-purpose my audio for use in multiple/future projects without prior permission. If you wish to commission audio for use in multiple projects, I can offer a buyout fee allowing you to reuse the audio as you see fit. I can also help you create a custom audio pack, with a variety of spoken lines/emotes/moans/grunts that you can use for multiple projects. Bear in mind that my normal casting credit is required for every project my voice appears in.
Minimum Charges – If you only need a few lines or your animation is less than 60 seconds, then my fees will be rounded up to my minimum charge of $40.00. This is to discourage being hired for tiny jobs or less profitable commissions, as I prefer to participate in larger, more substantial projects.
Extra Takes – My rates are based on providing a single take. If you prefer to receive multiple takes, please clearly state this in your request so that I may adjust my pricing quote accordingly.
Retakes – Any mistakes I make will be re-recorded at no cost. If you change the script after it is recorded, or decide to give more directions that you didn’t initially provide, you will be billed for retakes. Please be sure scripts have clear details about the character’s mood or anything that might help influence my delivery of the lines the first time, to save time and money.
Casting Credit – When releasing your project online, you must credit me as VoiceLikeCandy in social media posts, platform release announcement, and on-screen credits (if applicable). If using links, please use https://x.com/_VoiceLikeCandy
Payment Terms – Once we finalise the rate, payment is required upfront before adding you to my recording schedule.
